You will need to choose the category to which your blog belongs and then fill in your site's details, including title, URL, description, as well as your name and email. If the link below doesn't take you directly to a submitting form, then first choose the category and then click on the link on the page that says something to the effect of "Submit a new website" or "Suggest a site" or similar. Always choose the "free" option and ignore the option of "reciprocal link" which requires you to link back to the directory from your blog.
